By purchasing the Emotion-Healing Toolkit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Description and Scope:
The Emotion-Healing Toolkit (“the product”) by Dr. Erienne Weine ("the creator") is a digital product that explains a theory of emotional healing, provides examples, and encourages self-use by the purchaser ("the student"). This product in no way guarantees any outcome. Any and all outcomes experienced by the purchaser as a result of purchasing, downloading, and or consuming any part of the product are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and will vary based on personal preferences, application, life circumstances, skills, abilities, and other factors. The product creator and the product are not responsible for purchaser outcomes. The product is provided "as is." Dr. Erienne Weine is not a licensed clinical therapist. No part of the course content is meant to substitute for licensed clinical services and should not be treated as such. This product provides information intended to be helpful in one’s personal psychological and emotional healing journey. Some information is scientifically-based, some is experientially-based, and some is merely anecdotal.
2. Access
The product is delivered via digital download as a PDF file. Upon purchase, the product is made available for immediate download via the purchase success screen. In addition, the product will be immediately emailed to purchaser's email address that must be provided at time of purchase. Clicking "download" will result in immediate download of product PDF to purchaser's device via both methods.
3. Product License
Students purchase a single license to use the product material for personal, non-commercial purposes. Students do not own the product or the product content; they do not have a license to distribute, copy, transmit, or in any way share the content or modified content, with or without compensation, with any other parties, or by any means including but not limited to published and non-published media, social media, and direct communication. New students wishing to access and use the product content must purchase their own individual license. The product license lasts 18 months from the date of original purchase.
4. Payment Policy
This course is purchased via online payment gateway in a single purchase. Additional payment options may be offered through the online gateway itself, which are not associated with this product or creator. Agreements made between the purchaser and any such entities do not affect the relationship between the purchaser and the product and creator. When using such a service, the transaction will be subject to the 3rd party’s terms and conditions, and the product creator is not liable for any issues arising from their services.
5. Refund Policy
This course offers no refunds. Upon purchasing the product, the student has access to all of the information within, which they may consume at their own pace. This information is intended to change the way one lives one's life, internally. Therefore, external measures of satisfaction, usefulness, success, etc. are not possible and may be difficult to quantify or detect. Such experiences do not affect whether the course content was made available, and whether and how an individual, consciously or subconsciously, attains value from it. Therefore refunds are not offered for this product under any circumstances whatsoever. All the product purchase is doing is providing access to content, which the student receives immediately and in full upon purchase.
6. Intellectual Property:
Students purchase a license to this product for personal use.
This license is:
Non-exclusive. The product creator can give this same license to others.
Non-transferrable. The student cannot give their license to someone else.
Non-sublicensable. The student cannot sell their license to others, give others access to their license, or otherwise permit others to use their license while keeping their license.
Limited. The student does not have the right to use the product without limitation. Not all rights to access and use the product content are transferred to the student just those specified in the course terms and conditions.
Revocable. The product creator has the right to revoke student license.
Not for use for commercial purposes. Students cannot create competing products using these course materials or ones similar to them.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability:
The product and the creator are not responsible for specific outcomes and do not, and no not intend to, provide professional advice within. The product and the creator are not responsible errors in the product content or technical issues.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. In the case of dispute, such will be resolved through binding arbitration, settled by a neutral arbitrator. Students cannot join a class action or representative action lawsuit. This clause covers all disputes related to the use of this product.

Miscellaneous Clauses:
Include clauses about modification of the terms, termination of access, and contact information. The creator reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the product after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
